2026 Annual Election

Local Democratic Control

The Viroqua Food Co-op is more than a place to shop—it is a community we build together. Our co-op is guided by the people we serve, and co-op owners like you help shape our shared future through a member-elected board of directors. This local leadership keeps the co-op rooted in our community. Each year we hold an election for the board of directors. This year, two seats on the seven-member board are up for election, with seven candidates stepping forward to serve. Each board member serves a three-year term, with terms staggered to provide steady guidance and continuity.

What’s on the Ballot?

There are two board seats open with seven candidates running.

Voting is important! We need to reach quorum for a valid election, otherwise another election must be held.
