Fresh Sushi in the Deli

Terrific news for your taste buds - our deli now features a brand-new sushi program! Hand-rolled daily with fresh, sustainable ingredients, our sushi selection offers classic favorites and exciting vegetarian options. It's a perfect grab-and-go meal or a fresh twist for your lunch break.

We have been working to bring sushi to Viroqua for a while. To make sushi affordable, sustainable, and fresh, many pieces had to fall into place. We partnered with ACE Sushi Group who sources the specialty ingredients in bulk which significantly reduces costs and maximizes value for our customers. We chose their sustainable options to ensure the ingredients fit our standards, the seafood is harvested with care, and that they use organic and local produce! With this new partnership, the sushi chefs live right in our community and roll fresh sushi seven days a week. It’s a great program and we’re so excited to bring it to Viroqua. Make sure to say "hi" to ACE's two chefs Van and Cung and let them know what you like!
