Hydrosol Refresh

For a quick refresh, try a hydrosol! Hydrosol sprays can refresh and cool your skin whenever you need it. Derived from plants and water, a steam distillation process extracts essential oils. The hydrosol is the aromatic water that remains after the essential oils are extracted. Hydrosols come in a variety of “flavors” and can be used to cool down in hot weather, as a facial toner and to freshen up after exercise. You can find hydrosols in the Wellness Department at the co-op.
