Cold Fruit Soups

Is it lunch? Is it dessert? Is it a quick energy boost on a hot day? It’s all of these, and more. Any fruit can be made into a cold and delicious treat. Just blend it, add water if needed, ice if you want, sweeten (or not), add some chunks of cut fruit. Make it all of the same fruit or mix it up. There’s no limit to the possibilities. Add lemon or lime juice to add fruity acidity. Add some water, add some milk, or just enjoy pure fruit. Drink it from a cup or eat it with a spoon. You can’t go wrong with fruit soup!
