Keep Cinnamon from Clumping in French Toast

Cinnamon in the French toast egg mix sometimes clumps and doesn’t play well with other ingredients. Here are a few methods to keep cinnamon from floating and sticking together in French toast batter. Before adding cinnamon to egg mixture try one of the following methods, and then mix well before dunking bread:

1) Mix cinnamon with sugar

2) Dissolve in a little warm water first.

3) Make a paste of cinnamon and vanilla extract.
