To prepare for the ongoing construction and disruption of workspace during our remodel, the VFC Deli will be downsizing some programs in order to consolidate our supplies and packaging while maintaining a safe kitchen for all of our excellent staff. Here’s what it means for our customers:

Starting mid-August, the Hot Bar has been operating Monday through Friday. Saturday is now dedicated to whole roasted chickens starting at 11:30am (until gone). Sunday Brunch (8am-1pm) continues to be the same as usual, along with whole roasted chickens out on the Hot Bar at 1:30pm (until gone).

Bakery and Deli will reduce the number of options in our grab-n-go case, while still focusing on our customer favorites as well as gluten free options.

The Barista Counter is creating a new menu to reduce sandwich offerings and drink sizes to help with speed of service, while reducing our footprint with packaging and supplies. Method to the madness: look for cold sandwiches in the grab-n-go case while hot sandwiches/quesadillas can be ordered at the Barista Counter!
These small changes make a big impact on the amount of space we need to operate while we undergo this exciting remodel of our store. As we get closer to our grand re-opening, we will have the opportunity to scale our production back up! We can't wait to not only offer more variety but also new exciting services, like: smoothies, expanded drinks and coffees, slices meats and cheeses, and full-service prepared salads.
