Fresh Mozzarella, Local Basil, Local Tomatoes, Amazing Balsamic Viniaigrettes

THIS SNACK IS SORT OF A FIG DEAL!

So suave, so succulent – take home these date night, wow-worthy ingredients & knock some socks off (wink, wink)! We've got your fresh mozzarella cheeses (regional), your basils (all local & on sale now), your slicer tomatoes (Deep Rooted; all local). What's next? Add a pinch of salt, a hint of finely ground pepper, & then... drum rolls please: Napa Valley's Balsamic Vinegars (AHHHHHHHHHHHHH! The crowd goes wild!!!). Swoon-worthy snack, people – hop aboard 'cuz we're going to tasty town.

The fig balsamic is aged 5 years, plus infused with real fruit. The cherry wood balsamic is more viscous (thick as molasses, actually) & aged up to 18 years! If you've tried either one of these, you must already know that they are all you need to get through this local season.

Use them as-is, drizzled over raw fruits, cheeses & breads, mixed in any salad dressing for that "secret ingredient" flavor, or even over vanilla ice cream & whichever seasonal fruit tickles your fancy! OR, simply add it to the worlds most nutritious, delicious, quickest summer snack: antipasto (Italian for "starter/appetizer plate"). Freestyle with whichever ingredients you'd like, but we recommend what's in season now (see photos above)... Oooh-Wee, sure wins a beeline to my heart & tummy!
