As it grew to include healthy add-ins, boosting it from a snack to a meal, the smoothie began to inch into the healthy mainstream. Suddenly, smoothies were everywhere! Check out these sensational berry smoothies as a starting point. Each one is simple and completely delicious.

Strawberry Rhubarb Lemonade

Posted by Laura Poe on Wed, May 27, 2015 @ 01:15 PM

Ahhh, the decadence...

Super fun treat to serve at events & easy to stretch recipe by adding seltzer, ginger ale... OR – for those over 21 years old, consider adding alcohol (think “gin” or “vodka”). Very nice as a summer mimosa with bubbly champagne.

You can definitely make extra & freeze ahead of time... Put in ziploc bags once cool & lay on sheet pan until frozen (stores very nicely when only minimal freezer space is available)!
