Cranberry Sauce - From Scratch!
Make time: 20 minutes
Chill time: 1 hour
1-2 dry pints of fresh or frozen cranberries
1/3 cup raw honey (or sugar) or more to taste
1-2 navel oranges (for juice)
1 Tbsp freshly grated orange zest
In this unconventional kimchi, squash is served up al dente; its sweetness is accentuated by the brine and chiles.
Use your choice of local apples and winter squash in this recipe!
Slice the stuffed squash halves into wedges to serve as a side with ham, turkey or chicken, or serve each half as a vegetarian entrée.
