Hot Mulled Red Wine
If using port or sweet wine make without sugar. Otherwise use a inexpensive red wine!
1 quart red wine
1 stick cinnamon
Juice of 1 lemon
½ cup sugar
Remove from heat, strain and discard the spices. Serve with a slice of lemon with each mug of mulled wine.
Enjoy with the season!
