VFC is committed to providing fresh baked goods daily for our customers. We strive to use 90% organic and/or local ingredients in all of our recipes; from our made from scratch muffins, scones and cookies every day in our bakery case, to our delicious ginger carrot cake and tiramisu in the grab-n-go area.

We pay special attention to dietary needs, with gluten-free house made zucchini and banana bread, as well as gluten and dairy free corn bread.

Our wonderful vegan Mexican chocolate cake is enjoyed by vegans and omnivores alike, and the organic macaroons and bonbons are to die for! 

Our baking staff takes great pride in baking fresh baguettes and challah for that perfect dinner accompaniment, as well as hearty loaves for sandwiches.

Speaking of sandwiches, ours are made in-house with some excellent local meats, cheeses and veggies.

But what about after dinner? The VFC bakery offers a wide assortment of pies, cheesecakes and other goodies that satisfy anyone’s sweet tooth while making your meal complete.

The bakery also offers cakes, pies and baker’s dozen cookies. To place a special order, please give our Deli Department a call or stop in the bakery and indulge in some guilty pleasure goodies today!

Deli Food Guidelines

VFC’s Deli is committed to providing the community with the highest quality nutritious whole foods. Our goal is to offer delicious, wholesome, healthy food. VFC uses organic ingredients whenever possible, provides seasonal and ethnic foods, and offers the best possible quality and value. VFC has well-trained, knowledgeable and courteous personnel who know how to handle whole foods and can respond to questions in an informative way.

Whenever possible, organic produce and/or locally grown goods are used in VFC’s Deli foods.

Ingredient lists are posted with every prepared food offered and identifies local and organic ingredients. The label/sign used also provides information as to whether the prepared food is gluten free, dairy free, vegan, etc. If you have specific dietary concerns, please ask the counter person about them. Filtered water is used for all Deli food and prep. The menu will shift to accommodate seasonal produce availability.
